September 22, 2024, Yokohama, Japan: We have launched our new service Lifestyle Manual based on the Ayurvedic and modern lifestyle concepts. By answering 55 questions, we will deeply analyze and design your most suitable lifestyle!
Our algorithm analyzes 155 combinations and gives the detailed ratio of your base prakrti (dosha) and your current prakrti.
Based on the base prakrti, we classified three main doshas into seven different sub-doshas, including the combinations of 2 or more doshas. Based on these doshas, our teacher recommends what type of lifestyle, including food habits, routine habits, sleeping habits, yoga habits, and many other habits you should follow after counseling with you.
