In 30 minutes daily, we practice the following techniques to help control our breathing, also known as "the flow of energy" in yoga.
  1. "Om" chanting
  2. Gayatri mantra chanting
  3. Bhastrika pranayama (bellows breath)
  4. Kapalabhati (breath of fire)
  5. Ujjayi pranayama (oceanic breath)
  6. Anulom vilom pranayama/ Nadi shodhan (alternate nostril breathing)
  7. Bhramri pranayama (bee breath)
  8. Dhyan (meditation)
  9. (Tentative) Shanti Path (Vedic mantra chanting) or Yoga knowledge sharing.
