Regular Yoga Practice
We live a yogic lifestyle which is very close to the nature. Its not only about practicing some poses but it includes the way we behave in our daily life. It includes the factor of ahara (food), vihara (relaxation and recreation), achara (conduct and attitude), vichara (thinking) and vyavhara (actions). We spend daily at least 1 hour of our time and practice a whole package of asana (posture), pranayama (breathing techniques), pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) and move towards the meditation or dhyana.
We make this environment daily without any day off and without any delay. This environment makes everyone easy to join and practice yogic techniques with us. In this environment, we provide time to everybody where they can charge up their body and mind so that they all can spend rest of their day with full of energy, concentration and with zero stress.
Share and promote Yoga practice
To understand the concepts of Yogic lifestyle we offer various short term courses about yoga time to time. Our monthly Interactive Session already covered very important topics of healthy lifestyles like boosting immune system, ayurvedic lifestyle, PCOS problem and its solution, stress & depression solution in yoga and many many more. This monthly interactive session is conducted free of charge where you can talk directly with our yoga experts and also our guest speakers from various organizations. This way we share and promote the yogic lifestyle and its knowledge scientifically and philosophically.
