Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF) organized the 3rd edition of its Monthly Interactive Session of 2021 on March 21 on the topic of ‘Boosting Immune System (Part-2)’. The discussion was led by Ms. Sara with contributions by Mr. Ashutosh Singh (Chief Sewa Officer) and Ms. Suhani from Bharat/India.
1. Introduction and February 2021 activity report
In February, a total number of 98 unique Yogis participated in morning sessions which included 3 'Kesari'/Saffron belt Yogis, 20 'Shwet'/White belt Yogis and 75 'Hari'/Green belt Yogis. Also, 250 morning Yoga sessions were successfully completed on March 15.

2. Explanation of Boosting Immune System
Sara explained the concept of healthy living in Bhagvat Gita and Ayurveda. Further, concept of Tridosha and Yogic food were explained from the standpoint of quantity and of quality.

In the Q&A, questions on the healthy food habits to improve immunity, benefits of raw turmeric, doing Yoga with empty stomach and other Yogic food related aspects were discussed.
