How regular yoga practice can improve your physical and mental health.
We gather anonymous data to analyze changes in physical and mental health one person might experience when he/she practices yoga regularly. This is a voluntary program.
You can take part in our research on the impacts of regular yoga practice in 2 simple steps:
Join minimum 3 sessions of our free Online Morning Yoga per week.
2. Answer our anonymous questionnaire (should take up to 15 minutes) once a month over the course of minimum 3 months.
