Updated: Dec 12, 2023

December 2nd, 2023 Tokyo: Yoga and Ayurveda introduction, including the practice session for Mitsubishi Estate, has been conducted successfully.

Under the theme of India, out of 3 seminars, two seminars have been conducted successfully.

The first seminar, titled "Why Indian Leaders are Leading Multinational Companies," delved into the leadership philosophies and practices that have enabled Indian executives to excel in the global corporate landscape. Esteemed speakers from diverse industries shared their insights, shedding light on the unique perspectives and values that contribute to the success of Indian leaders on the international stage.

The second seminar focused on the profound teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda, offering participants a comprehensive introduction to these ancient sciences.

Patanjali Japan Foundation, a leading authority on Yoga and Ayurveda, played a pivotal role in elucidating the principles and benefits of these time-tested disciplines. Participants had the opportunity to explore the holistic approach to health and well-being along with the yoga as routine.

Patanjali Japan Foundation’s Presence At Mitsubishi Estate

Ashutosh Sensei, Chief Sewa Officer (Representative Director), has explained what Yoga is, its goals, and the various paths of Yoga. He also clarified how the image of Yoga and Ayurveda has been distorted and explained the real meaning and purposes of Yoga and Ayurveda.

The relationship between Yoga and Ayurveda gave the participants a new insight.

Ashutosh Sensei then introduced the concept of the "Silver Triangle," a combination of three pranayama techniques — Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom, and Bhramari. This holistic approach to breath control aims to purify the mind and body, promoting mental clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.

The session concluded with a deep meditation led by Ashutosh Sensei. As participants immersed themselves in a state of profound stillness, the environment at Mitsubishi Estate became notably calm and positive.

Many attendees decided to make Yoga a part of their daily routine, and many yogis subscribed to our daily yoga program as Sewayogi.
