What is Panchamahabhuta (5 Essentials of Body) ?
According to Sankhya Darsan, PanchaMahaBhoota is the foundation of all cosmic creation. These are the elements: Prithvi (Earth), Jal (Water), Agni (Fire), Vayu (Air), and Aakasha (Space) (Space ). According to ayurveda and Indian philosophy, the human body is composed of these five elements. These constituents have various qualities, which account for various abilities of human experience.
The five elements show how all aspects of human health, such as diet, movement, and emotions, are linked to nature and our surroundings.
