Tokyo, Japan, September 22, 2024 – Patanjali Japan Foundation successfully conducted their 51st live and interactive session.
This September interactive session is based on “Yoga for Migraine & SINUS." This session was live telecasted on Facebook and other social media platforms along with zoom.
Greetings and Announcements
The session started with the greeting and announcements by Varada Sensei. She welcomed all the yogis and introduced our guest teachers to the audience. She also explained our privacy policies, terms and conditions, and our social media handles to our attendees.
Activity and Summary

Inperson Yoga Session at Komyo ji Temple: After a significant pause due to the pandemic, these much-anticipated sessions have resumed at the Komyoji Temple in Tokyo. In person yoga sessions were conducted on the 17th of August 2024.
Yoga and Tennis Camp With BBQ: Yoga & Tennis camp with BBQ was organized on September 14th and 15th, 2024. The 2-day camp, designed exclusively for regular yogis and International Day of Yoga team members. It was a great success, commenced on September 14, 2024, at Communication Plaza Kirara in Yamanakako.
Yoga Fest 2024 @Pacifico Yokohama: The Patanjali Japan Foundation is currently participating in the Yoga Fest 2024 at Pacifico Yokohama, where our main attractions are the launch of our new yoga mats, as well as our ayurveda-based counselling and dosha analysis that comes with one’s very owen lifestyle manual and routine yoga services. With the help of it you can do home yoga regularly.
Namaste India 2024 @ Yoyogi Park: On the upcoming 28th and 29th of September, Team PJF is going to participate under the Namaste India 2024 event at the Yoyogi Park. Here we will offer on stage free pranayama special yoga sessions by Ashutosh Sensei and Yum Sensei. Also here we will also do the ayurvedic and dosha’s analysis.
YCB Exam Foundation Course: On the huge demand of our yogis and attendees, PJF is going to launch a YCB Foundation Course of 6 months for students to get prepared for the YCB exam. The course will start on 5th October 2024 to 29th March 2025. In the course you can easily learn minor details of backmuscle training and detailed yoga.
Yoga For Migraine and Sinus - Live and Interactive Session
After the activity summary, Varada sense and Genboku sensei explained to us about the types of migraine symptoms, how we can identify, that our migraine is converting to the sinus, Also, he explained the detailed structure of our head and mind along with the affected muscles during the migraine or sinus. After that they explained us, how we can get the benefits through yoga and pranayama with some golden advices.
