Yoga For Corporate Lifestyle - Live & Interactive Session December 2021

Tokyo, Japan December 19, 2021 - Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF) successfully conducted its Yoga For Corporate Lifestyle Monthly Interactive Session at Vedic Cultural Center Funabori, Tokyo Japan.

Also this session was telecasted on the internet by Zoom platform & Facebook Live.


The session was presented by Mr. Ashutosh Sensei (Chief Sewa Officer, PJF) & Norah Hoang and discussion was led by Dr. Reeta Sharma Sensei (Special Guest), & Sara Sensei as a moderator.



Dr. Reeta Sharma Sensei, teacher of Indian Culture (Yoga, Ayurveda, Hindi and Sanskrit) in Embassy of India, Tokyo Japan joined the event as special guest speaker. All attendees appreciate the efforts of the team to picking the most demanding topic of Yoga for Corporates Lifestyle, also attendees get mesmerized by Dr. Sharma's panel discussion on Yoga For Corporates Lifestyle.


Patanjali Japan Foundation's webinar is completely focused for the people who are currently working in the corporate culture. During the panel discussion Dr. Reeta Sharma Sensei walk us through the necessity of yoga in corporate lifestyle .

Later she discussed various poses and asanas including surya namaskar, also explained us the amazing piece of information about the "AUM"

It may take a little longer to see results, but your skin will soon be detoxed like never before. Surya Namaskar practice increases the size of your solar plexus, which increases your creativity, intuitive abilities, decision-making, leadership skills, and confidence.

This was the first Interactive session which was conducted physically by PJF team and all norms of COVID 19 preventive measures were followed.


Monthly Interactive session is conducted every month on 3rd/4th Sunday at 10:00 AM Japan time. This was the 19th monthly Interactive session conducted successfully.




Other important information are Daily morning yoga session which completes 450 days without any delay and never missed. Total number of regular yogis are increasing inspite of decline in total number of yogis.

Next year's theme is Azadi ke amritmahotsav; and toradoshi (Year of Tiger).


Next big program is 75 crore (750 Millions) suryanamaskar which is planned from January 1st to February 20, 2022.
