第7回「International Conference on Multidisciplinary and Current Educational Research（ICMCER 2025）」は、アジアをはじめ世界中の教育者・研究者・専門家が集い、教育とイノベーションの新たな可能性を探る場となりました。

今年のテーマは、「持続可能な開発のための変革的学習」。多様な分野の知見を融合し、変化の激しい現代社会における教育の未来を考える意義深い会議となりました。

会場は東京・錦糸町のモクシー東京錦糸町（マリオット）。主催は世界規模で学術研究と国際協働を推進するIFERP Academyです。

モデレーターとしての司会進行と知の架け橋

一般社団法人パタンジャリ・ジャパン・ファウンデーション代表理事であり、日本ヨーガアーサナスポーツ連盟会長のシン・アシュトシュ氏が、開会式および技術セッションのモデレーター（司会）を務めました。

国内外から集まった著名な講演者・研究者の紹介、各セッションの時間管理、そして会議全体の進行を担当。冒頭では次のような言葉で会場を温かく包み込みました。

「知識が目的と共に共有されるとき、学びは奉仕へと変わる。」

その穏やかなリーダーシップと多文化理解に基づいた進行により、会議は終始和やかで実りある雰囲気となりました。

『Where is the Spoon?』– プロジェクトマネジメントの原点へ

展示ブースでは、アシュトシュ氏の著書『Where is the Spoon? – Project Management Basics』 が紹介されました。

日本の「精密さ」とインドの「叡智」を融合した新しいプロジェクトマネジメントの実践書であり、「Back to the Basics, Fix the Basics（基本に立ち返り、基本を整える）」という理念が、多くの参加者の共感を呼びました。

教育関係者からは、教育現場におけるマネジメントの応用について多くの関心が寄せられ、この本が新しい学びの指針として注目を集めました。

YogiFiスマートヨガマット – 古代の知恵と現代テクノロジーの融合

パタンジャリ・ジャパン・ファウンデーションは、会場でYogiFiスマートヨガマットも展示しました。インドのWellnesys Technologiesが開発したこの製品は、AIとヨガを融合させた革新的なヘルスデバイスです。

参加者から高い関心が寄せられ、特にフィリピンの大学教授がその場で1台を購入するという嬉しい出来事もありました。

この展示は、「古代の叡智 × 現代のイノベーション」というパタンジャリ・ジャパンの理念を象徴するものでした。

心からの感謝を込めて – Vote of Thanks

会議の最後には、アシュトシュ氏が閉会の挨拶（Vote of Thanks）を担当。登壇者、参加者、運営チームすべてへの感謝を伝え、温かい拍手で締めくくられました。

「今日ここで共有された知は、未来への種です。教室の中でも、社会の中でも、人々の心の中でも、その種がやがて“変化”として花開くことを願います。」

組織運営における課題もあった中、国際的な協働の精神がすべてを包み込み、笑顔のうちに閉幕しました。

教育 × イノベーション × ウェルネスの架け橋

今回のICMCER 2025は、教育・テクノロジー・ウェルネスを結ぶ新しい一歩となりました。

展示されたYogiFi、そして著書『Where is the Spoon?』は、インドと日本を結ぶ知の融合を象徴しています。

パタンジャリ・ジャパン・ファウンデーションは、「ストレスゼロ・うつ病ゼロ・自殺ゼロの社会」を目指し、教育とウェルネスの分野でこれからも活動を続けていきます。

The 7th International Conference on Multidisciplinary and Current Educational Research (ICMCER 2025) brought together leading educators, researchers, and professionals from across Asia and beyond to explore new frontiers in education and innovation. This year’s theme, “Transformative Learning for Sustainable Development,” emphasized collaborative solutions for a rapidly changing global landscape.

Held in the heart of Tokyo at Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, the event was organized by IFERP Academy, a global platform dedicated to fostering research and sustainable learning.

Moderator’s Role – Leading the Flow of Knowledge

Ashutosh Singh, Chief Sewa Officer & Representative Director of Patanjali Japan Foundation, served as the Moderator for the conference’s opening and technical sessions. He began the program by welcoming distinguished guests, keynote speakers, and researchers from Japan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and the Philippines — setting an inspiring tone with the thought:

“When knowledge is shared with purpose, learning transforms into service.”

Throughout the event, Ashutosh moderated multiple sessions with poise and cross-cultural sensitivity, ensuring every participant had a voice and that the schedule flowed smoothly.

“Where is the Spoon?” – Project Management for a Better Future

The highlight of the exhibition booth was the introduction of Ashutosh’s upcoming book, “Where is the Spoon? – Project Management Basics”, a guide that blends Japan’s precision and India’s timeless wisdom to create a practical approach to ethical project leadership.

Educators and professionals expressed great interest in how project management principles could be adapted to the academic and wellness sectors. The book’s message — “Back to the Basics, Fix the Basics” — deeply resonated with the conference’s theme of transformative learning.

YogiFi Smart Yoga Mat – Modern Innovation Meets Ancient Science

Patanjali Japan Foundation also showcased the YogiFi Smart Yoga Mat, developed by Wellnesys Technologies, representing the fusion of AI technology with yoga philosophy. The mat attracted remarkable attention from international delegates, and a university professor from the Philippines purchased one on-site — marking a proud moment for Indo-Japanese wellness innovation.

“It’s inspiring to see technology being used to promote mindfulness and health,”shared one of the participants during the demo.

This exhibition reflected PJF’s broader mission — to integrate ancient sciences like yoga and Ayurveda with modern innovation for a balanced, mindful lifestyle.

A Vote of Thanks from the Heart

At the conclusion of the conference, Ashutosh delivered the Vote of Thanks, extending appreciation to all speakers, participants, and organizers. Despite the challenges of coordination, the spirit of global collaboration and learning prevailed. He closed with these words:

“May the knowledge shared here become seeds of transformation — in classrooms, communities, and in every life we touch.”

Bridging Academia, Innovation & Wellbeing

For Patanjali Japan Foundation, participation in ICMCER 2025 marked another step toward bridging education, technology, and wellbeing.
