The international day of yoga 2021 celebration has been conducted successfully by the team of Patanjali Japan Foundation. A special thanks to all attendees, our volunteers, & Yoga teachers.

More than 30K peoples attended our biggest webinar of International Day of Yoga 2021 this year. Below I will walk you through the all recent events.




Day 9:

On Day 9 of IDY 2021 Event, Yoga session was conducted on Common Yoga Protocol designed by Ministry of AYUSH, Government of Bharat (India). Our Chief Sewa Officer Ashutosh Sensei taught us through all of this flawlessly.

Day 8:


On Day 8 of IDY 2021 Event, Yoga session was conducted on Mudra explanation summary by Sara sensei followed by Meditation session with the use of mudra led by Suhani sensei. Hope this meditation session made all the yogis very refreshing. Know More



Day 7:

On Day 7 of IDY 2021 Event, Yoga session was conducted by Sara sensei, supported by Suhani sensei and Bharatnatyam expert Ayumi sensei.

In today workshop Sara sensei explained about what is mudra, its meaning and significance.


Also explained in detail about different types of mudras.


Bharatnatyam (Bharat's Tamil Nadu state's main traditional dance) expert Ayumi sensei have shown and taught is about different hasta mudra used in Bharatnatyam. We realize every time that the root of all the sadhana (whether its dance, music, exercise) are same. Know More



Day 6:

On Day 6 of IDY 2021 Event, our trainer Suhani Sensei walk you through the focused on sukshma vayayama, asana and deep breathing. This session is recommended for suffering from stress due to short breathing. Yoga session focused on physical body and subtle body. Know More



Day 5:

On Day 5 of IDY 2021 Event, our trainer Ganesh Sensei walk you through the focused on sukshma vayayama, asana and suryanamaskar. Pranayama and dhyana was also conducted.

Suryanamaskar was conducted 10 times which activated everyone's body and mind.

Also it made the blood circulation good and made everyone sweat a lot. Know More



Day 4:

On Day 4 of IDY 2021 Event, our trainer Sara Sensei walk you through the focused on ‘sukshma vyayama followed by suryanamaskar and asanas. Finally pranayama and dhyana was included in the session. Know More



Day 3:

On Day 3 of IDY 2021 Event, our trainer Dhanshree Sensei walk you through the focused on ‘Chakra Energy’ and how this is accessible to each individual. Know More



Day 2:

On Day 2 of IDY 2021 Event, our trainer Sara Sensei walk you through the focused on Common Yoga protocol based yoga session including sukshma vyayama and Asana. Know More



Day 1:

At this event, Our Chief Sewa Officer Mr Ashutosh walk us through the various factors & benefits of yoga, & how it's helpful for us in our daily lifestyle. After that, we also learn more about the Honorable Prime Minister of Bharat (India) Shri Narendra Modi Ji's amazing speech on International Day of Yoga. How it connects our mind, sharpness with our soul, & why we need to put this in our daily lifestyle. Know More
